About the Role
This is a full\-time, high\-ownership role working directly withfounder — Fractional CTO, AI Governance practitioner, Board Advisor, and multi\-venture founder operating through Network Nexus Solutions
You will own digital presence across all major platforms, generate and coordinate leads across multiple business verticals, support business development, and manage day\-to\-day execution — all from a remote\-first setup with direct founder access.
Key Responsibilities
- *1\. Lead Generation \& Sales Coordination**
- Identify and research prospects for Consulting / Fractional CTO services (Network Nexus Solutions )
- Generate and qualify leads for Corporate CSR, POSH, and Skill Training programmes for CAST India
- Support BD pipeline for the IonIdea AI \& Digital Governance Managed Services practice
- Maintain and update CRM / lead tracker with status, follow\-up dates, and next actions
- Draft outreach messages, introductory emails, and capability decks for prospects
- Coordinate proposal submissions, follow\-ups, and meeting scheduling with potential clients
- Track sales conversations and flag high\-priority leads to the founder daily
- *2\. Social Media \& Digital Presence**
- Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp Broadcast
- Create, schedule, and publish platform\-native content — carousels, reels, short videos, thought leadership posts, and stories
- Manage LinkedIn content for a 27K\+ follower account including newsletters, articles, and engagement
- Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement across all platforms
- Track platform analytics and share weekly performance snapshots with the founder
- *3\. Content Creation \& Tools**
- Use Canva, CapCut, or equivalent for design and short\-form video editing
- Use AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT — for content drafting, research, and outreach copy
- Coordinate and update content on Wix\-based websites (dheerajmalhotra.com, fxleadership.com, and others)
- Repurpose long\-form content (articles, decks, webinars) into platform\-specific formats
- *4\. Execution \& Coordination**
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and capability documents across ventures
- Coordinate meetings, calendar, and communication on behalf of the founder
- Maintain weekly execution dashboards and task trackers (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Support coordination for NGO programmes (Navasaksham Foundation / CAST India)
- Research companies, startups, partnerships, and growth opportunities
Remote Working Norms
- Fully remote, full\-time role — Bhopal\-based candidates preferred for occasional in\-person collaboration
- Async\-first communication — own your schedule as long as deliverables and daily updates are met
- Daily end\-of\-day update to the founder (WhatsApp or task tracker)
- Weekly video check\-in with the founder (30–45 mins)
- Tools: Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Zoom / Google Meet, CRM / task tracker
- Responsiveness expected within IST business hours; occasional flexibility for urgent client tasks
- All Government of India gazetted national holidays applicable (Republic Day, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti, and other declared national holidays)
Skills Required
- Strong written and verbal communication in English (and Hindi for outreach)
- Hands\-on experience managing at least 2–3 social media platforms
- Basic understanding of B2B lead generation and sales coordination
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for content and outreach
- Strong organisational and follow\-up discipline — nothing falls through the cracks
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- *Preferred / Good to Have**
- Prior experience in BD support, inside sales, or client coordination
- LinkedIn personal branding and newsletter management
- Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing for Reels / Shorts
- Google Workspace / MS Office; Zoho CRM or equivalent
- Wix or WordPress basics
- Understanding of content analytics (LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Insights, X Analytics)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- MBA / BBA / Marketing / Communications / Mass Media background
- 0–5 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong initiative and a portfolio are welcome
- Startup mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, multiple contexts, and self\-direction
- Bhopal\-based preferred; strong remote candidates across India considered
- Someone who takes ownership and follows through — not just takes instructions
