Social Media Community Manager

• *Role Purpose:**

Manage Estrip’s organic presence, social content, creator ecosystem, and community building efforts.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage daily posting \& content scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn \& Pinterest.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns.
• Engage with audience, manage comments, DMs, product queries.
• Coordinate with micro \& nano influencers for UGC collaborations.
• Maintain social reporting: reach, engagement, follower growth.
• Support OEM through LinkedIn content, B2B video snippets, case studies.
• Track trending formats and produce fast\-turnaround content.
