Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation \& Videography
- Plan, shoot, and create high\-quality video content for social media platforms.
- Capture behind\-the\-scenes footage, project updates, team activities, and promotional content.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and current trends.
- Create engaging short\-form content such as Reels, Shorts, and Stories.
Video Editing
* Edit and produce professional\-quality videos for
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- Long\-form YouTube videos
- Facebook and LinkedIn content
- Add transitions, effects, captions, graphics, music, and sound enhancements.
- Optimize videos according to platform\-specific requirements.
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts.
- Schedule, upload, and publish content across all social media platforms.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across channels.
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics.
Graphic Design Support
- Create basic graphics, thumbnails, social media posts, banners, and promotional creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Assist in designing visual content for marketing campaigns.
Content Planning
- Prepare monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and viral content opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative content strategies.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Proven experience in videography and video production.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut (preferred)
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of content trends, social media algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
- Creative storytelling and content planning abilities.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in content creation for brands or agencies.
- Basic photography skills.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Understanding of SEO and YouTube optimization is an advantage.
