• *House of Shaahi**, our luxury destination wedding brand, brings together thoughtful planning, refined design and personalised celebrations.

We are looking for creative, digitally savvy and enthusiastic interns who are passionate about social media, photography, videography, video editing, graphic design and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Social Media Management**

• Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Develop creative ideas for posts, reels, Stories, carousels and YouTube Shorts.
• Research trending content, hashtags, keywords and new social media formats.
• Write engaging captions and assist with content publishing.

• *2\. Photography \& Video Content**

• Capture photographs and videos during venue visits, weddings, events and team activities.
• Create engaging reels, promotional videos and behind\-the\-scenes content.
• Edit videos, add transitions, music, subtitles and visual effects.
• Create YouTube Shorts, reel covers and video thumbnails.

• *3\. Graphic Design \& Creative Development**

• Design Instagram posts, Stories, carousels and promotional creatives.
• Create mood boards, visual references and brand\-led content.
• Develop illustrations, graphic elements and simple animations.
• Maintain brand aesthetics, typography and colour guidelines.

• *4\. Research \& Content Strategy**

• Research competitor brands, luxury wedding planners and industry trends.
• Identify new content opportunities, creative formats and marketing strategies.
• Analyse social media performance, engagement and audience growth.
• Suggest innovative ideas to improve brand visibility and digital presence.

• *5\. Digital Marketing Support**

• Assist with Meta Business Suite and basic Meta Ads Manager activities.
• Support Google Business Profile and basic SEO initiatives.
• Understand YouTube Studio, social media analytics and content performance.
• Assist with digital campaigns and online brand promotion.

Required Skills

• *Design \& Editing Tools**

• Canva – Essential
• CapCut / InShot / VN – Essential
• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator – Preferred
• Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects – Added advantage

• *Technical \& Creative Skills**

• Good photography and videography skills.
• Strong video editing and reel creation abilities.
• Graphic design, illustration and visual storytelling.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook.
• Content planning, trend research and competitor analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Google tools.

Candidate Profile

• Students or graduates from Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Photography, Filmmaking or related fields.
• Strong creative thinking and visual aesthetics.
• Passionate about luxury weddings, travel, hospitality and lifestyle brands.
• Updated with social media trends and digital platforms.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail\-oriented and capable of working independently.
• Must be willing to travel across India for venue visits, shoots and wedding assignments.
• A portfolio or samples of reels, designs and creative work will be preferred.

Stipend
