Engagement Manager (X \& LinkedIn)
We're looking for an Engagement Manager to help grow our clients' personal brands on X and LinkedIn through thoughtful, creative, and engaging comments.
This is not a mindless commenting role.
We're looking for someone who understands social media, can think independently, and knows how to start conversations that get noticed.
What You'll Do
- Post 40\-50 comments per day (Mon\-Fri) on behalf of our clients
- Engage with creators and prospects on X and LinkedIn
- Write comments that are insightful, witty, humorous, and relevant
- Adapt your writing style to match each client's voice
- Help generate conversations, and visibility for our clients
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written English (non\-negotiable)
- Strong understanding of both American English and British English
- Creative thinker with a good sense of humor
- Able to write naturally and sound human
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
- Can work independently without constant hand\-holding
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with X and LinkedIn is a plus
Compensation
- ₹7,000/month per client managed
- Opportunity to take on multiple clients and increase earnings
- Monthly performance bonus of up to ₹2,000
