We are looking for a result\-oriented **Google Ads \& Lead Generation Executive** with **1–2 years of experience** to manage paid advertising campaigns and generate quality leads. The candidate should have hands\-on experience in **Google Ads, PPC campaigns, keyword research, lead generation strategies, and campaign optimization** to improve ROI and business growth.
*Key Responsibilities**
Plan, create, and manage **Google Ads (PPC) campaigns** including Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
Conduct **keyword research** and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum **lead generation and ROI**.
Generate and qualify leads through paid marketing strategies.
Track campaign performance using **Google Analytics, and reporting tools**.
Prepare performance reports and analyze key metrics such as CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and CPA.
Optimize landing pages and ad copies to improve lead conversion.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for lead follow\-up and campaign planning.
Stay updated with the latest **Google Ads and digital marketing trends**.
*Required Skills**
1–2 years of experience in **Google Ads / PPC / Lead Generation**.
Strong knowledge of **Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Keyword Planning**.
Understanding of **conversion tracking and campaign optimization**.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Strong communication and problem\-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets
