• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a creative and proactive **Social Media Executive** with **1\+ years** of experience in handling and growing social media platforms for brands and businesses.

The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of **content strategy, audience engagement, reels/short\-form content, trend analysis, and platform growth across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube**. The role requires someone who can independently manage social media activities and contribute towards brand visibility, engagement, and digital growth.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

\- Manage and handle social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)

\- Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and short\-form content

\- Develop engaging captions, content ideas, and hashtag strategies

\- Write blogs, website content, social media copies, and marketing content

\- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars

\- Increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness organically

\- Identify trending content formats and viral trends

\- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaign execution

\- Monitor social media insights and prepare performance reports

\- Handle audience engagement, comments, DMs, and community interaction

\- Assist in brand campaigns and social media growth activities

• *Eligibility Criteria**

\- Minimum 1\+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

\- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms

\- Experience in content planning, reel ideas, and audience engagement

\- Ability to write **blogs, captions, website content,** and **promotional copies**

\- Strong communication and creative thinking skills

\- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, or editing tools

\- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting

\- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

\- Experience in digital marketing agency or client handling will be preferred

\- Candidate should have basic **paid media management experience** (Meta Ads / Google Ads) and should be comfortable handling **client communication** and **coordination** as well.
