• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a creative and result\-driven **Social Media Executive** to manage and grow social media presence for our company and clients. The ideal candidate should understand content strategy, audience engagement, social media trends, and performance tracking.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• Create engaging captions, posts, reels, and campaign ideas
• Schedule and publish content according to content calendar
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Track trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives
• Run and monitor paid social media campaigns (preferred)
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
• Improve brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation

• *Required Skills**

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Good content writing and caption\-writing skills
• Knowledge of trending content formats (reels, carousels, short videos)
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
• Creativity and trend awareness
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Agency experience is a plus
• Portfolio / examples of handled social media accounts preferred
