We are looking for a creative and result\-oriented Social Media Executive cum Graphic Designer who can manage the company's complete social media presence while creating engaging visual content. The candidate should have strong graphic designing skills, content planning abilities, and hands\-on experience in managing social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Social Media Management
- Manage and handle all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media content regularly.
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Track and analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
Graphic Designing
- Design creative social media posts, banners, stories, reels covers, advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Create visually appealing graphics for new product launches, offers, festivals, and brand campaigns.
- Develop creatives for website banners, email marketing campaigns, and marketplace promotions.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all marketing materials.
Content \& Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and product teams for content requirements.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with photographers, videographers, influencers, and external agencies when required.
- Generate creative ideas for reels, product shoots, and promotional campaigns.
Photography \& Video Coordination
- Assist in planning product photoshoots and video shoots.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability and shoot schedules.
- Basic video editing and reel creation for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW**, and other designing tools.
- Knowledge of **video editing software** such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Design, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Experience in **Textile, Fabric, Fashion, Garment, or Retail Industry** preferred.
- Experience in product photography coordination and content creation.
- Knowledge of social media advertising will be an added advantage.
