Key Responsibilities
Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Create engaging content, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with influencers, photographers, and marketing teams.
Handle customer inquiries through calls, messages, and social media.
Assist in managing daily floor operations and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Coordinate with sales staff and support store management activities.
Requirements
Experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong communication and customer\-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and manage both digital and in\-store responsibilities.
Knowledge of Canva, video editing, and social media trends is preferred.
Confident, responsible, and presentable personality.
