Red Dash Media is seeking a dynamic and creative **Social Media Executive** with at least 6 months to 1 year **of experience** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our clients' social media presence, executing engaging campaigns, and driving brand awareness across various digital platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high\-quality posts, stories, and videos.
• Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track growth, engagement, and ROI.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and implement best practices.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and budget allocations.

Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and align social media strategies accordingly.

• *Requirements \& Skills:**

• Minimum **6 months** to 1 **year of experience** in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
• Hands\-on experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
• Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is a plus.
