Job Overview

Rojgar Group is looking for a creative and results\-driven Social Media Manager to manage our social media platforms, develop engaging content, and execute digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, creative thinking, and a good understanding of social media marketing and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
• Create engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility and engagement.
• Generate student admission leads through social media marketing activities.
• Handle comments, direct messages, and social media inquiries professionally.
• Monitor social media performance, including reach, engagement, and campaign results.
• Coordinate with the admission and marketing teams to support business objectives.
• Maintain a consistent brand image across all social media platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing.
• Experience with Canva and other social media management tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Content creation and copywriting skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital advertising and lead generation.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and time\-management skills.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple social media campaigns.

Educational Qualification

• Graduation in any stream.
• A qualification or certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Candidates with practical knowledge of social media management and content creation are encouraged to apply.
