We are looking for a **creative and performance\-orientated social media specialist** who can ideate and execute **high\-engagement, conversion\-driven content concepts** for both organic and paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative content concepts for social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns
- Align content strategies with business goals such as **engagement, lead generation, and conversions**
- Collaborate closely with **performance marketing and design teams** to execute campaigns
- Plan and implement content strategies across **multiple industries and global clients**
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize creatives for better results
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (social media/content\-focused role)
- Hands\-on experience managing **10–15\+ projects** in previous organizations
- Strong understanding of **buyer psychology, sales funnels, and audience behavior**
- Proven track record of delivering results through **paid creatives and campaigns**
- Creative thinking with a performance\-driven mindset
- Work in a **performance\-focused digital marketing environment**
- Gain hands\-on experience in **conversion optimization strategies**
