- *Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with 3–4 years of experience managing B2C brands, preferably in healthcare, wellness, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or health\-tech sectors.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with the organization's marketing objectives and brand vision.
- Own and manage the social media content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring consistency in messaging and timely execution.
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, medical experts, and marketing teams to create compelling, high\-quality content.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to continuously enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, generate weekly and monthly reports, and recommend data\-driven improvements to maximize reach and engagement.
- Partner with cross\-functional teams to support product launches, awareness campaigns, patient education initiatives, and organizational events.
- Ensure all communication adheres to healthcare communication standards, regulatory requirements, and internal brand guidelines.
- Continuously evaluate competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- *Requirements**
- 3–4 years of experience in social media management for B2C brands.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or health\-tech industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication, copy review, and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
