CodeXorr Solutions is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to develop engaging content, manage social media platforms, strengthen brand presence, and improve audience engagement through effective social media strategies.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Design posts, carousels, stories, reels, and promotional creatives.
• Develop and manage content calendars, scheduling, captions, and hashtags.
• Monitor audience engagement and manage social media interactions.
• Use Canva, Adobe tools, and video editing software to create engaging content.
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and overall social media performance.
• Analyze insights and optimize content strategies based on performance.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

• *Required Skills**

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and creative planning skills.
• Hands\-on experience with social media management tools and design software.
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a results\-driven approach.
