Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with 3–5 years of experience in managing and growing brands across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, social media trends, analytics, and AI\-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.

Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

Create and manage monthly content calendars.

Plan engaging content, campaigns, reels, posts, stories, and platform\-specific strategies.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviour.

Drive organic growth, engagement, reach, followers, and brand awareness.

Track and analyze social media performance and prepare regular growth reports.

Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, video editors, and marketing teams.

Manage online communities, comments, messages, and audience engagement.

Use AI tools for content ideation, research, copywriting, trend analysis, content planning, and workflow optimization.

Stay updated with emerging social media trends, algorithms, and AI technologies.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in social media management.

Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies.

Strong understanding of content planning, brand communication, and audience engagement.

Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.

Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation, research, and productivity.

Excellent communication, creativity, and strategic thinking skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
