• *Position Overview:**

We are looking for a creative and data\-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads across multiple platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create, curate, and manage high\-quality content (text, images, videos)
• Manage and grow social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Plan and schedule posts using social media tools
• Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages in a timely manner
• Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions)
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams

• *Key Requirement Education:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field
• MBA (Real Estate / Marketing) preferred

• *Experience:**

• 3–5 years in Marketing

• *Skills:**

• Experience with paid ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights)
• Experience in influencer marketing or brand collaborations
