• Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies
• Create high\-quality visual content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Design professional graphics, posters, and marketing creatives using **Adobe Photoshop \& Canva**
• Shoot, edit, and publish engaging **reels and short\-form videos**
• Generate creative ideas for brand storytelling and audience engagement
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms
• Monitor trends and suggest viral content ideas to improve reach and engagement

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Strong communication skills in **Bengali \& English**
• Hands\-on experience with **Adobe Photoshop, Canva, ChatGpt** etc.
• Basic to intermediate video shooting and editing skills (Reels/Shorts)
• Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and storytelling
• Understanding of **social media algorithms and trends (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)**
• Ability to generate fresh, engaging, and original content ideas
