Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and captions
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and design teams for content creation
• Monitor social media trends and implement innovative content ideas
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages
• Run and optimize social media advertising campaigns
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social media trends
• Excellent content writing and communication skills
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools
• Experience in the wedding, events, hospitality, or lifestyle industry is an advantage
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
