Hyper DigiTech is looking for a creative and result\-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, audience engagement, and brand building.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Create, plan, and execute social media strategies.
• Manage company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
• Schedule and publish content regularly.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
• Run and optimize social media advertising campaigns.
• Track and analyze performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
• Increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media analytics tools.
• Creativity, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Freshers with strong social media knowledge are encouraged to apply.
