Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• **Strategy \& Planning:** Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business targets.
• **Content Creation \& Curation:** Write copy, design or coordinate visual/video assets, and schedule daily or monthly posts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
• **Community Management:** Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions to foster active engagement.
• **Analytics \& Reporting:** Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze reach, engagement, and conversion metrics, and present data\-backed reports to stakeholders.
• **Trend \& Algorithm Monitoring:** Stay updated on platform changes, viral trends, and cultural conversations to optimize content performance.
• **Paid Campaigns \& Collaboration:** Manage social advertising budgets, work with creators/influencers, and collaborate with internal marketing or creative teams.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000\.00 per month
