The company owns and manages Eze Perfumes (luxury, vegan, Gen Z\-focused fragrances) and Merve Perfumes (premium, artisanal fragrances for men and women). We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Executive / Manager to strengthen our digital presence, drive engagement, and support brand growth across global markets, with a strong focus on the US audience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury beauty, content creation, and performance\-driven social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Social Media Management \& Content Creation
- Plan, execute, and manage a monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and X (Twitter).
- Create high\-quality reels, stories, carousels, short\-form videos, and static posts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize and coordinate influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns.
- Write compelling captions, ad copies, and post descriptions tailored to each platform’s audience and format.
2\. TikTok Strategy \& Growth
- Develop and execute a dedicated TikTok content strategy to drive reach, retention, and follower growth.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of TikTok content formats, trends, hooks, and the creator ecosystem.
- Track and analyze TikTok\-specific metrics including views, watch time, retention rate, CTR, saves, and engagement.
- Stay updated with US TikTok trends, especially in beauty, fragrance, skincare, and lifestyle categories.
- Collaborate with creators and influencers to produce high\-performing native TikTok content.
3\. Brand Growth \& Community Engagement
- Monitor and analyze overall social media performance (reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions).
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a professional and brand\-appropriate tone.
- Identify emerging trends, viral moments, and competitor benchmarks to optimize content strategy.
4\. Paid \& Organic Marketing Support
- Coordinate with the marketing team on paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok platforms.
- Support execution of TikTok Ads including Spark Ads and boosted posts (hands\-on experience is a plus).
- Optimize content for discoverability, social SEO, hashtags, and audience targeting.
- Assist in influencer marketing, PR gifting, and creator seeding initiatives.
5\. Campaigns \& Global Collaboration
- Support product launches, festive campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand collaborations.
- Work closely with cross\-functional teams in India and the US to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Gain exposure to international brand positioning and US market digital strategies.
Requirements \& Qualifications
- 3\-4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing, preferably in beauty, fragrance, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok ecosystems; YouTube Shorts knowledge is a plus.
- Proven interest or experience in short\-form video content creation.
- Knowledge of TikTok analytics and performance tracking (views, retention, CTR, engagement).
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager (Spark Ads, boosted posts) is highly desirable.
- Awareness of US social media trends and consumer behavior in beauty and lifestyle categories.
- Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta/TikTok), influencer marketing, and content planning tools.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Bonus: Experience with Shopify, email marketing platforms, or social media scheduling tools.
