Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our Instagram presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, understand furniture/home décor trends, and be able to create engaging content that drives inquiries and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Instagram Management

• Manage day\-to\-day operations of the company’s Instagram account
• Plan, schedule, and post content (reels, posts, stories) regularly
• Maintain a consistent brand look and feel

Content Creation

• Create engaging reels, carousel posts, and stories
• Shoot and edit product videos (sofas, dining sets, beds, etc.)
• Write captions, hooks, and trending content ideas
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, audio, and formats

Engagement \& Lead Handling

• Respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries promptly
• Convert inquiries into leads by sharing product details
• Coordinate with sales team for follow\-ups

Growth \& Strategy

• Plan monthly content calendar
• Suggest strategies to increase followers and engagement
• Track performance (reach, engagement, leads) and share reports

Collaboration

• Coordinate with photographers/videographers if needed
• Work with influencers or collaborators for promotions

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of Instagram (Reels, algorithm, trends)
• Basic video editing skills (InShot, CapCut, VN, etc.)
• Good eye for aesthetics (especially home décor/furniture)
• Good written and spoken English/Hindi
• Basic photography/videography skills (mobile is fine)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling a brand’s Instagram page (especially furniture/home décor)
• Knowledge of Meta Ads (bonus, not mandatory)
• Experience in customer interaction via social media

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
