Social Media Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager, with **1\-2 years experience** who is passionate about social media trends, especially reels and YouTube shorts. The ideal candidate should be confident in front of the camera, understand current trends well, and possess the creative skills to produce engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and produce high\-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, challenges, and best practices in social media content creation, especially in the Indian context.
• Develop creative and innovative ideas for social media content that align with the company’s marketing goals and brand identity.
• Work on social media strategies and scripts for reels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and improve engagement rates.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments, and engage with the online community to build a strong social media presence.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all social media channels.

Requirements

• 1\-2 years of experience in social media content creation.
• Proven track record of creating successful social media content, particularly on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and quickly adapting to new trends.
• Confident and friendly in front of the camera with excellent presentation skills.
• Proficiency in video recording and editing tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique content ideas.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and use data to drive content decisions.

Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
