Social Media Manager

• Set objectives and goals for social media with measurable KPIs.
• Create long\-term and short\-term strategies/campaigns for social media.
• Create weekly/monthly content calendars based on the objective\-pillars. (\+ Festive days \+ events \+ community req.).

### **3\. Team Management**

• Conduct weekly meetings with team to discuss feedback, roadblocks, recommendations, resource allocation, etc. Collaborate with team and management to find efficient solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of deliverables by keeping the entire team in alignment with deadlines and quality standards.

### **4\. Execution**

• Post content as per the predetermined timeline.
• Initiate, engage, and revert to SM interactions with viewers, members, \& netizens.
• Ensure drives are updated with shoots, design outcomes, and any other relevant company data.
• Deliver miscellaneous requirements surrounding creativity to other departments/company (ads, events, etc.).
• Forward leads received on SM to the sales team.

### **5\. Review**

• Maintain a record of the monthly strategy for future reference.
• Track performance based on past data.
• Offer recommendations to improve: workflow, results, efficiency, etc.
