Social Media Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage day\-to\-day social media operations, content calendars, and publishing schedules.
• Create engaging content ideas, captions, creatives, reels, stories, and campaigns.
• Manage multiple client accounts across different industries.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, video editors, and digital marketing teams.
• Drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and community growth.
• Track, analyse, and report social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
• Develop platform\-specific strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Ensure consistent brand communication and timely delivery of client requirements.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills**

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and digital trends.
• Excellent content writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
• Experience in managing multiple social media accounts.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to develop creative campaigns and platform\-specific content strategies.
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and coordination skills.

• *Experience**

• **Social Media Executive:** 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• **Social Media Manager:** 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a PR, advertising, or digital marketing agency.
