About the Role

Rabab Studios is looking for a creative and result\-driven **Social Media Manager** to manage the company's social media presence, develop engaging content strategies, and strengthen brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Develop content calendars, social media strategies, and posting schedules.
• Coordinate with the creative team for reels, videos, graphics, and promotional content.
• Write engaging captions, copy, and platform\-specific content.
• Monitor engagement, reach, and performance analytics.
• Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and digital marketing strategies.
• Manage audience interactions, comments, and messages.
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, writing, and content\-planning skills.
• Understanding of reels, short\-form videos, and digital content promotion.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of paid social media campaigns is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000\.00 per month
