Job Description

Rabab Studios is looking for a creative and result\-driven Social Media Manager with strong expertise in **organic reach and audience growth** to strengthen the brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
• Plan content calendars and posting schedules.
• Coordinate with the creative team for reels, videos, graphics, and promotional content.
• Create engaging captions, hooks, and platform\-specific content.
• Track analytics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize content performance.
• Stay updated with social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and viral content strategies.
• Manage audience interactions, comments, and messages.

Requirements

• Minimum 1\.5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven understanding of organic social media growth strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and content optimization.
• Experience in increasing organic reach, engagement, and followers.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000\.00 per month
