Shreepad Construction Company is a growing real estate and construction organization committed to delivering quality residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a creative and result\-oriented Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage and maintain all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content related to real estate projects, company updates, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content creation.
• Monitor social media trends and implement innovative marketing ideas.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics and campaign results.
• Cover project site visits, events, and client testimonials for social media content.
• Maintain the company's brand identity and online reputation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of content planning, social media analytics, and lead generation.
• Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing tools is preferred.
• Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
