Social Media Manager – Creative Operations \& Client Success

This is more than a posting\-and\-scheduling role. You'll be the central point of coordination, helping turn ideas into high\-performing content while maintaining strong client relationships.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client social media accounts across multiple platforms
- Create engaging graphics and content using Canva
- Communicate with clients, provide timely updates, and ensure a great client experience
- Coordinate with video editors and creative team members to bring content ideas to life
- Plan, organize, and oversee content calendars
- Ensure all content aligns with client goals and brand identity
- Track content progress and keep projects moving efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Strong Canva design skills and an eye for content creation
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented mindset
- Ability to work closely with both clients and creative teams
