The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media strategies, managing brand communications, preparing professional press releases, and designing engaging visual content. The ideal candidate should possess strong content writing, graphic design, and digital marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Create, schedule, and manage daily social media posts and campaigns.
Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
Draft and publish professional press releases in accordance with journalistic standards.
Coordinate with media houses, journalists, and PR agencies when required.
Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta platforms
Optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Create visual content using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2\+ years of experience in social media management, preferably on LinkedIn.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Ads Manager.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar graphic design tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of employer branding strategies is a plus.
