Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, skilled and result\-oriented professional who can manage social media platforms, create engaging wedding content and handle digital advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, wedding cinematography/content, audience engagement and paid marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Social Media Management**

• Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
• Create engaging captions, stories, reels and posts.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement and growth.
• Identify trending audio, formats and content opportunities.

• *2\. Wedding Content Creation**

• Create Instagram Reels and short\-form videos during weddings and events.
• Capture behind\-the\-scenes moments, candid clips and trending wedding content.
• Coordinate with photographers and cinematographers.
• Deliver engaging, timely wedding content for clients.
• Understand current wedding trends and storytelling formats.

• *3\. Advertisement Management**

• Plan, launch and manage Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns.
• Generate leads and optimise campaign performance.
• Monitor advertising budgets, CPL, conversions and ROI.
• Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of wedding and event content creation.
• Knowledge of Canva and basic video editing tools.
• Good communication, creativity and time\-management skills.
• Ability to work on\-site and travel to wedding venues when required.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
