About The Skin Art Clinic

The Skin Art Clinic is a dermatologist\-led clinic specialising in advanced dermatology, aesthetic treatments and personalised skincare.

We are looking for a creative, confident and detail\-oriented Social Media Manager who can manage our digital presence, create engaging content and help build a strong, professional online identity for the clinic.

This is a hands\-on role for someone who understands social media trends, has a creative eye and can independently plan, create and execute content.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Social Media Management**

• Manage and maintain the clinic's Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Threads accounts.
• Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
• Plan content around dermatological treatments, skincare education, clinic activities and patient engagement.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
• Monitor engagement, reach, followers and overall page performance.

• *2\. Content Creation \& Reel Production**

• Shoot and edit high\-quality reels, videos, stories and other social media content.
• Create engaging content featuring the dermatologist, treatments, skincare tips and clinic activities.
• Independently handle basic shooting, editing, transitions, subtitles, captions and creative execution.
• Identify relevant trends and adapt them professionally for a dermatologist\-led clinic.
• Create visually appealing content while maintaining a premium and professional brand image.

• *3\. Creative Design \& Copywriting**

• Design creative posts, carousels, stories and promotional creatives.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, headlines and appropriate calls to action.
• Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts and overall visual communication.
• Ensure all skincare and treatment\-related content is factually accurate and approved by the doctor wherever required.

• *4\. Growth \& Performance**

• Work towards improving organic reach, engagement and relevant audience growth.
• Analyse social media insights and identify content that performs well.
• Suggest new content formats, creative campaigns and audience engagement strategies.
• Coordinate with the clinic team for content requirements, shoots and updates.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands\-on experience in social media management or content creation.
• Experience managing Instagram accounts for brands, clinics, healthcare or lifestyle businesses.
• Strong skills in reel shooting, video editing and creative content development.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or other creative design tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Instagram algorithms, reels, trends and audience engagement.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and take creative ownership.
