Job Description

Terrace Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Manager who can manage social media platforms, create engaging content, edit videos, and develop effective content strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong content writing skills and hands\-on experience in creating engaging Instagram Reels, promotional videos, and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging Reels, short\-form videos, and promotional content.
• Write creative captions, post descriptions, video scripts, and engaging hooks.
• Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.
• Create social media creatives using Canva or similar designing tools.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, audio, and content formats.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and impressions.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all social media platforms.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.

Required Skills

• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
• Excellent content writing and copywriting skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Ability to develop creative content ideas and engaging video scripts.
• Basic graphic designing skills using Canva or Photoshop.
• Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and audience engagement.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Experience \& Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Portfolio showcasing previous video editing and social media work.
• Experience working with brands, digital marketing agencies, or e\-commerce businesses will be an advantage.
