Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results\-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, grow our online community, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement and sales for our lab\-grown diamond jewelry collections.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy \& Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.
- Manage daily posting schedules across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor trends in jewelry, fashion, luxury lifestyle, and sustainability sectors.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Content Creation
- Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short\-form videos.
- Coordinate product photography, lifestyle shoots, influencer content, and user\-generated content.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and promotional copy.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
Community Management
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
- Build relationships with followers, customers, influencers, and brand advocates.
- Monitor online reputation and customer feedback.
Influencer \& Collaboration Management
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and industry partners.
- Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to performance tracking.
- Coordinate giveaways, contests, and brand partnerships.
Analytics \& Performance Tracking
- Monitor social media metrics and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Optimize content strategy based on insights and engagement data.
- Track follower growth, reach, conversions, and ROI.
Paid Social Campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to maximize campaign performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience managing social media accounts for fashion, jewelry, luxury, lifestyle, or e\-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience with social media management tools such as:
- Hootsuite
- Buffer
- Meta Business Suite
- Later
- Knowledge of content creation, video editing, and graphic design tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with jewelry, diamonds, luxury products, or D2C brands.
- Understanding of lab\-grown diamonds and sustainable luxury trends.
- Experience with influencer marketing and social commerce.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices.
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
