Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and results\-driven Social Media Manager to manage our company’s online presence. The ideal candidate should have at least 1\+ years of experience in social media management and a strong understanding of digital trends, audience engagement, and content strategy.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals

Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns

Monitor trends and implement innovative ideas to increase brand visibility

Handle audience engagement, comments, and messages professionally

Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly

Collaborate with design and marketing teams for content creation

Run and manage paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads preferred)

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 1\+ years of experience in social media management

Good understanding of social media platforms and algorithms

Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / paid campaigns

Strong communication and writing skills (English proficiency required)

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar

• *Preferred Qualifications (Optional):**

Experience in a product\-based IT company

Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, insights tools, etc.)

Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
