The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing our social media channels. This role involves developing engaging content, promoting restaurant specials and events, interacting with customers online, and helping increase brand awareness and customer traffic.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Capture high\-quality photos and videos of food, drinks, staff, and restaurant events.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar.
- Respond to comments, messages, reviews, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote daily specials, seasonal menus, events, and promotions.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend new strategies to increase engagement.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign results.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Assist with influencer partnerships and local marketing initiatives when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing social media accounts for a restaurant, hospitality business, or consumer brand preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other major social media platforms.
- Excellent photography, videography, and content creation skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, organized, and able to work independently.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and customer engagement.
