Create product\-led social content that makes people want to own what they are looking at, without relying on a studio or a production team
Develop content formats that work specifically for FableRoom's product range across furniture, rugs, and new lifestyle categories as they launch
Understand what product content converts on each platform and build that instinct into every shoot
*Founder\-Led Content**
Work directly with the founders to develop and produce founder\-led content that builds their voice and FableRoom's brand presence simultaneously
Sit with a founder for twenty minutes and turn that into a piece of content that feels native to the platform, not scripted for it
Build recurring founder content formats that create consistency and momentum over time, not one\-off posts
*Formats, Hooks, and Story Pillars**
Define FableRoom's core social story pillars \- the themes, narratives, and angles that the content calendar is built around
Develop and test content formats and hooks across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Pinterest, documenting what compounds and what does not
Own the content calendar built entirely around maker, product, and founder themes, planned and briefed at least four weeks ahead
Build a learning log of what formats, hooks, and story angles perform and feed that back into the next cycle of content
*Production and Publishing**
Handle the full content loop independently: concept, shoot, edit, caption, and publish
Edit for platform behaviour, knowing the difference between what works on a Reel, a Story, and a TikTok feed post
Track reach, impressions, saves, and follower growth weekly and use those signals to inform what gets made next
Maintain FableRoom's visual and tonal standards across everything that goes out
*WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
*Non\-negotiable**
2 to 4 years in a content creation or social media role at a DTC brand, ecommerce business, or creative agency where you were making the content independently
A portfolio of work you shot and edited yourself that demonstrates photography and short\-form video skill
Strong command of Instagram Reels and TikTok, platform\-native instincts built from actually using both
Visual taste and aesthetic sensibility, you know what looks right and you can tell the difference between content that feels made and content that feels found
Comfortable shooting on location independently, in real environments, without a production crew
*Strongly preferred**
Experience shooting in craft, manufacturing, or artisan environments and turning that into compelling content
Experience creating founder or personal brand content alongside product content
A track record of building recurring content formats, not just one\-off posts
Experience in home, lifestyle, design, or any visually driven category
Some understanding of how organic content performance data should shape what gets made next
