Events Chakra is a dynamic event management and experiential marketing company specializing in creating memorable events, brand activations, corporate gatherings, and social experiences. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and engage our audience across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and event teams to generate high\-quality content.
• Cover live events and create real\-time social media updates.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Assist in planning and executing influencer collaborations and digital campaigns.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands\-on experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the event management, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or InShot.
• Understanding of paid social media campaigns and lead generation.
