Social Media Marketer (SaaS & Digital Products)

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and growth\-oriented Social Media Marketer with 2–3 years of experience promoting SaaS and digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B and B2C digital marketing, social media growth strategies, paid advertising, content marketing, and lead generation.

You will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, increasing product adoption, and driving customer acquisition through organic and paid social media campaigns.

• *Key Responsibilities \- Social Media Strategy \& Management**

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
• Manage company presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Create and maintain content calendars for consistent brand communication.
• Build and nurture online communities to improve engagement and brand loyalty.

• *Content Creation \& Campaign Management**

• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to develop high\-performing content.
• Plan and execute product launch campaigns, feature announcements, webinars, and promotional activities.

• *Paid Advertising \& Lead Generation**

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Generate qualified leads through targeted social media campaigns and conversion\-focused funnels.
• Conduct audience segmentation, retargeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign budgets and maximize ROI.

• *Analytics \& Performance Optimization**

• Track and analyze key performance metrics including engagement, reach, leads, conversions, CAC, CPL, and ROAS.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Continuously optimize content and campaigns based on data\-driven findings.

• *Brand Building \& Market Research**

• Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging social media opportunities.
• Identify new channels and content formats to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 2–3 years of hands\-on experience in social media marketing, preferably for SaaS, software, or digital products.
• Proven experience managing and scaling social media channels for lead generation and brand growth.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media analytics tools.
• Experience creating content for B2B and B2C audiences.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience marketing Website Builders, E\-commerce Platforms, CRM software, ERP solutions, mobile apps, or other SaaS products.
• Experience running webinar, product demo, and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and performance marketing.
• Experience working in a startup or high\-growth environment.
