Social Media Marketing Executive

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and results\-driven **Social Media Marketing Executive** to manage our brand's social media presence, create engaging content, and drive audience growth across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content creation, brand communication, and digital marketing strategies.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to strengthen brand awareness, improve engagement, and support product marketing campaigns across our brands.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Influencer Marketing:** Identify relevant influencers and creators, coordinate collaborations, and track campaign deliverables
• **Social Media Management:** Manage daily activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• **Content Planning:** Develop monthly content calendars for posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and product launches.
• **Content Creation:** Create engaging captions, creative briefs, social media posts, calendars, reels, stories, and promotional content.
• **Campaign Execution:** Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, festivals, and special events.
• **Performance Tracking:** Monitor reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, website clicks, and other relevant KPIs.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
• Experience managing social media accounts for consumer brands, e\-commerce businesses, beauty, lifestyle, or home appliances.
• Basic understanding of paid social media advertising and influencer collaborations.
• A portfolio of social media posts, reels, campaigns, or accounts managed will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
