Job Description

Orthocure is a healthcare and wellness brand offering physiotherapy, orthopaedic care, rehabilitation an scientifically backed fitness programs through our Strength Studios. We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence, build brand awareness and drive patient and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms
Develop monthly content calendars, reels, stories, posts, carousels and campaign creatives.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, physiotherapists and clinic teams to create healthcare\-focused content.
Manage social media pages, audience engagement, comments and messages.
Execute social media campaigns to generate leads for physiotherapy consultations, rehabilitation services, foot orthotics and Strength Studios memberships.
Stay updated with social media trends, reels, content formats and digital marketing best practices.
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand communication
Ensure all healthcare\-related content is accurate, professional and aligned with brand guidelines.

Requirements

2\-5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content management
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and short\-form video content.
Excellent copywriting, communication and creative thinking skills.
Experience with Canva and Social Media scheduling and analytics tools.
Ability to create engaging, audience\-focused content and work with designers and video editors.
Experience in healthcare, fitness, wellness or lifestyle brands will be an advantage.
