Social Media Marketing Executive

We are seeking a creative, data\-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our online channels. You will handle daily social media operations, design multi\-platform campaigns, and interact directly with our target audience to drive brand loyalty and customer conversion

• *Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.**

• *Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing professional social media accounts.**

• *Portfolio: Proven track record of growing social accounts or successful past campaigns (highly preferred)**

• *Key Roles and Responsibilities:**

• *Content Creation: Design, write, and film engaging daily content (posts, reels, stories).** Social Scheduling: Plan and maintain a comprehensive content calendar using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or HubSpot.

• *Community Management: Respond promptly to user comments, direct messages, and brand mentions to build customer loyalty.**

• *Paid Advertising:** Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

• *Trend Auditing: Monitor internet trends, viral audio, memes, and competitor strategies to keep content relevant.**

• *Analytics Reporting:** Track weekly performance metrics like reach, engagement rate, clickthrough rate (CTR), and follower growth.
