Social Media Marketing Manager (Content \& Lead Generation)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and performance\-driven Social Media Marketing Manager who can manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and run paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and business growth.
The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in content strategy, social media management, Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation campaigns, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
- Create and execute monthly content calendars
- Plan and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Stay updated with social media trends and viral content formats
Content Creation \& Strategy
- Develop content strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create content ideas, captions, and campaign concepts
- Coordinate with designers and video editors
- Build brand awareness through organic content marketing
- Generate user engagement and community growth
Performance Marketing \& Lead Generation
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on
- Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
- YouTube Ads (preferred)
- Generate qualified leads at optimal cost
- Conduct audience research and targeting
- Create retargeting and remarketing campaigns
- Manage campaign budgets and ROAS
Analytics \& Reporting
- Track KPIs and campaign performance
- Analyze lead quality and conversion rates
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data
Required Skills
Must\-Have Skills
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Experience running lead generation campaigns
- Social media content planning and execution
- Understanding of Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Analytics
- Copywriting skills for ads and social media content
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Experience in campaign optimization and A/B testing
