*Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager**

*About the Role**

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager who can effectively manage and grow multiple brand accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in handling social media platforms, planning content strategies, and driving engagement across channels.

*Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and oversee all social media accounts including

**Temples99, Parks99, EventTitans, Tickets99, QuickEventStaff, and the CEO’s personal handles**
Develop and execute **monthly social media strategies and content calendars**
Plan campaigns aligned with business goals to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Coordinate closely with the **Graphic Design team** to provide content briefs, ideas, and direction
Review creatives, suggest improvements, and ensure brand consistency across platforms
Monitor social media performance, analytics, and optimize campaigns accordingly
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates
Drive audience growth, engagement, and lead generation through innovative strategies**Required Skills \& Qualifications**
Minimum **1 year of experience** in managing social media accounts
Strong understanding of **social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)**
Experience in **content planning, strategy building, and campaign execution**
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
Creative mindset with a strong business\-oriented approach
Analytical skills to track performance and improve results

*Preferred Qualifications**

Prior experience working in a **marketing or advertising agency** (added advantage)
Familiarity with social media tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics tools
Basic understanding of paid campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus
