INVC – Apna Family Vaccination Centre is a fast\-growing healthcare startup

focused on vaccination and preventive healthcare services across India.

We are building a category\-defining healthcare brand in vaccination, travel health

and preventive wellness.

Role: Social Media Marketing \& Performance Ads Executive

Location: Thane (Office Role)

Work Model: Mon to Sat \| 1 day work from home per week

Salary: Up to ₹24,000/month

Key Responsibilities

 Manage INVC’s Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media

platforms

 Create and schedule engaging healthcare and wellness content

 Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

 Generate leads through performance marketing

 Coordinate with designers and content writers for campaigns

 Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports

 Stay updated with social media trends and digital marketing strategies

Ideal Candidate

 Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn marketing

 Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads

 Creative mindset with strong execution ability

 Ability to think growth\-first and generate engagement

 Comfortable working in a startup environment

 Interest in healthcare and wellness marketing

Preferred Skills

 Canva / AI tools

 Copywriting and campaign planning

 Reel/content ideation

 Google Ads basics

 Meta Ads Manager

Experience

1–3 years

Graduates / Freshers with strong practical skills and portfolio/work samples can

also apply.
