Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a results\-driven Social Media ads specialist with 2–5 years of experience, who can manage both paid advertising campaigns and organic social media growth across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on expertise in performance marketing, campaign strategy, and improving ROI across digital channels.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Manage and improve campaign performance (leads, conversions, traffic, brand awareness)
• Monitor budgets and ensure maximum ROI
• Drive organic growth across social media channels
• Create and manage engaging content strategies
• Set up retargeting campaigns and build custom/lookalike audiences
• Generate performance reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with the design team for high\-converting ad creatives
• Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, SEO practices, and algorithm changes

• *Requirements**

• 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Ads / PPC / Performance Marketing
• Strong hands\-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager)
• Manage daily posting, reels, and trending content
• Basic understanding of SEO concepts and tools
• Increase organic followers \& engagement
• Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking
• Analytical mindset with good copywriting skills
• Knowledge of UGC creatives (design/video) is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
