We are seeking a Software Architect / Technical Lead with strong Golang expertise to drive the architecture and design of complex, cloud\-native software systems aligned with business goals and engineering best practices. This role focuses on scalable backend platforms, microservices, API strategy, distributed systems reliability, and technical leadership across design and implementation. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Golang, cloud\-native systems, Kubernetes, Terraform, and secure API design, while mentoring teams and guiding architecture decisions.

- Lead the architecture and design of complex, cloud\-native software systems aligned with business goals and technology best practices
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, system diagrams, and technical documentation to guide development teams
- Drive technology strategy including microservices design, API gateway patterns, and messaging or event\-driven architectures
- Collaborate cross\-functionally with product owners, business stakeholders, DevOps, security, and frontend teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to software developers, especially focused on Golang concurrency, API design, and backend scalability
- Oversee code and architectural reviews ensuring maintainability, performance, security, and reliability, including Go\-specific coding standards and patterns
- Design, monitor, and guide implementation for CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration using Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Solve architectural challenges related to latency, fault tolerance, data consistency, and transaction management in distributed systems
- Emphasize security best practices including authentication, authorization with OAuth2 and JWT, encryption, and secure API design
