We are looking for a **Senior Developer / SD\-II** to join the TAL India Software Development Team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience in **C\#/.NET development**, debugging, OOP, LINQ, ORM, and software development practices, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with technical leads and US\-based teams.

• *Experience**

• **4–8 years** of relevant software development experience

• *Educational Qualification**

• B.Tech/BE in **Computer Science** preferred
• B.Tech/BE in **IT or Electronics** may also be considered
• MCA candidates are eligible
• **Not eligible:** Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, B.Sc., or BCA

Key Responsibilities

• *Individual Contribution – 80%**

• Independently develop and maintain software applications.
• Work on project development, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
• Complete assigned technical tasks with minimal supervision from the Technical Lead.
• Write secure, robust, and exception\-free code.

• *Collaboration \& Technical Activities – 20%**

• Work with the Technical Lead on requirement analysis.
• Contribute to design and architecture discussions.
• Prepare and maintain development documentation.
• Work on CI/CD pipelines and software installers.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional and US\-based teams.
