Software Developer

Job description

We’re building AI\-driven products and looking for a **Tech Team Lead** who can manage a team effectively **and** stay hands\-on with the tech.

We use tools like **Next.js, Python, and Docker**, but we’re not tied to any stack — we care more about solid engineering practices and good decision\-making than specific languages or frameworks.

Lead and grow a small dev team working on AI\-powered applications

Make architectural decisions and guide the team technically

Work cross\-functionally with design and product to ship features

Review code, ensure quality, and keep projects on track

Be hands\-on when needed — we value leaders who can still code

• *What We’re Looking For:**

Experience managing or mentoring engineering teams

Strong technical background (language\-agnostic)

Ability to keep a team aligned, motivated, and productive

Familiarity with modern development workflows (e.g. CI/CD, containers, cloud)

Bonus: experience working with AI/ML products

• *Why Work With Us:**

Build meaningful products in the AI space

Work with a team that values autonomy, clarity, and impact

Flexible work environment with room to grow
